Event Organizers can designate one or two KCBS Reps for their event. Designated KCBS Reps have 24/7 access to the events information.

As a designated KCBS Rep you can review how an Event Organizer has setup their event in the JLP. Check the progress toward the Event's need. View what the Event has placed in the JLP Information Kiosk for their participants to see. You can see how the JLP is communicating with Event Organizers, Judge Coordinators, Judges, Table Captains, and Volunteers. Plus you can view/print Event Check-in Packets. You can also download the Judge, Table Captain, and Volunteer data.
